Here are the main ideas discussed in this week’s class, Molto Adagio:

• Question from Sarah: While watching the new video of the BP oil spewing out of the blown pipe, now in high definition, I felt sick to my stomach.  Of course, I went on a mental tirade against the oil execs involved. Then I wondered if this is because it is a visual reminder of our secret ego — how I try to hide its sick thought system and how endless it can seem once it is exposed. Do I have anything here? I would appreciate your thoughts greatly.
• Healing a mother issue
• Giving our power away to our mother (father etc.)
• Sitting on the sofa with Jesus
• Why we choose to see the problem outside of us
• Digging in our past for grievances vs. being diligent for grievances
• Staying in the moment
• Question from Joe: What does it mean to go slow?
• Not doing more than we are asked
• The family as a quartet (friends, coworkers, any group), and our own specialness needs
• Playing in the symphony under Jesus’ baton
• The importance of relationships and inviting Jesus into them
