Class Summary: Discussion of my experience of the latest workshop at the Foundation: The Changeless Reality vs. Changeable Illusion, & The Neutral World. Also talks about taking the lid off the ego to see what is going on and whether we really want what we are choosing, and the pain and misery that necessarily accompanies it. A focus on what we are choosing moment to moment.
